Before Practice - You MUST have an up to date physical in the office BEFORE practice begins.
During the first week of practice, athletes must hand their $40 pay to play in, complete their Bellin paperwork (coaches will hand these out OR can be found in the office) and sign their athletic handbook and turn it in.

NORDIC COMMUNITY!
We are excited to share that our main gymnasium has recently undergone a floor renovation to better serve our students, staff, and community. In order to preserve the quality and longevity of this investment, we ask for everyone’s cooperation in maintaining the space.
Please adhere to the following expectations when using the gym:
• No street shoes are allowed on the gym floor. Only clean, indoor athletic footwear should be worn on the gymnasium floor.
• Please clean up after yourselves. This includes removing trash, equipment, and personal items after use. Please put things back where you found them.
These guidelines apply to all users, including students, staff, and community members. Your support helps ensure the gym remains a safe, clean, and welcoming space for all.

It's that time of the year where we get to start the celebration of our new SENIORS (woah, that's weird to say!)
We are going to have David Hakamaki from Cutting Edge Photography do our Senior banners to display in the gym again this year. We will have 21 student athletes and 1 band member to display in the gym for the 2025-2026 school year and we are looking for sponsorships. Each sponsorship is $100.00.
Photos will be taken on August 5th so we will be looking for sponsors before then. This can be businesses, family members, friends, etc. The sponsorship names will be displayed on the bottom of each students' banner. We will make sure we proudly thank you properly!
