Dear Parent/Guardian,

Attached is a student participation/parent notification form for my master’s project. Please read through the letter, as it explains my project, mark whether you give consent or not, then sign and return the letter.  Also, please have your son/daughter mark and sign the letter.   If you have questions regarding the clickers, your child can explain them to you.

Your child may be in the control group or may be in the experimental group.  The students in the control group will not use the clickers until the chapter following the project chapter.  The students in experimental group will use the clickers for the project chapter but not the chapter following.  This way, I can observe the performance of both groups at different times.  Therefore, your child will be using the clickers during this semester, but the group they are assigned to determines when.
